Have any difficulties with your downloads, payment etc.?
We are eager to solve your problem and to improve this service in every possible way.

We will investigate your issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
If you contact us about a purchase you have made, please include a copy of the purchase confirmation e-mail or at least your name and the date of your purchase.
Have received no e-mail from us after payment?
After completing your payment, you should have received an e-mail from us which contains an access link for your downloads.
The e-mail is sent to the address you have entered in the payment form (card payment or direct debit) or the address that is linked with your PayPal account (PayPal payment).
If you haven't received this e-mail, please check your spam folder. Also make sure your mailbox is not full. You might want to send a test e-mail to yourself to verify you can receive mail.
Then e-mail us with your purchase details (name and date of purchase) and we will send the access link to you again. But consider: If your e-mail account is not working, you will not receive our reply!
Can't access your downloads? Want your money back?
Just e-mail us with your purchase details (copy of the purchase confirmation e-mail or at least your name and the date of purchase).
If we can verify that your download(s) have not been accessed, you will get a full refund of your payment.
